I woke up this morning and realized the world has gone completely insane,
Maybe it’s all in my brain trying to rationalize the amount of pain in the world,
The news gives me the blues daily,
What is really going on?
The news makes it seem everything’s going wrong,
I just don’t know,
I have an opinion so does everyone,
Does it matter,
Entertainment and media have taken over,
They said the world is a crazy, racist, evil place,
I honestly don’t see that right in front of my face everyday,
I pray no one does,
Tragedy does happen,
Must we only focus on it,
There has to be hope somewhere,
Some kind of Love out there to be glorified,
Instead TV would rather leave us horrified,

The same thing is on my mind too.
I think the biggest problems are that no one thinks for themselves anymore and no one takes responsibility fir anything anymore. They always want to be a victim of one thing or another without taking responsibility for their own actions.
I think we are living at the beginning of the end of days. Jesus said, “When you see these things happening, look up, for your redemption draweth nigh!” I must MAKE my mind focus on more positive things in order to hold onto a hopeful attitude. We certainly live in interesting times!
