Room To Grow

You might not like the man I am but I’m still a man,

I have my beliefs that I stand on,

I won’t force them on you,

Please don’t push yours on me,

If I don’t agree with what you think,

Doesn’t mean I have disrespected you,

What’s a fact,

What’s really true,

You don’t know,

You think you know,

Wrong and right? Who decides which is which?

I firmly know what I believe,

But I conceive these thoughts that I think others have,

I don’t know everything and I don’t want to know,

Life isn’t forever, it’s more like a cameo,

God, family and happiness is all I want to know,

We all have room to grow.
