Thinking About Money

Many people are completely convinced that money makes the man or woman,

We have been told that wealth equals success,

I was told once that my heart was attached to my spending,

I think all of that is sending the wrong message,

Who doesn’t want money,

Who wouldn’t like to be financially stable,

Who doesn’t want to be rich,

Is it all about money,

That’s what’s being told and taught to us from an early age,

Then you get to a stage in life and realize there’s more,

Some people never reach that stage,

They spend all their life trying to get money,

Then spend all their money trying to stay alive,

There are things more valuable than money,

There are things money can’t buy,

Health, love, time, happiness,

Money is a tool that can’t fix everything,

Don’t let money define you,

Don’t let money rule you,

Make sure there are many things you won’t do for any amount of money,

Just thinking about money…..
